Built the Product Design team from the ground up and lead the initiative for enterprise UX, including developing interaction pattern libraries and reimagined workflows for existing and new product lines. Developed comprehensive user research studies on product workflows and information architecture including contextual interviews, card sorting and co-design activities with customers. Lead re-skin initiative and developed re-platform roadmap with UI development team. Oversee UX and Product Design efforts for entire Ad Server, SSP and Monetization platform uniting multiple product lines under a single unified UI. Work closely with Marketing, Business and Engineering to ensure delivery on strategic roadmap with all key stakeholders in the company.
LoveIt is a visual community with powerful collaborative tools for individuals & groups to discover and share the things they love. Ran the Mobile and Tablet (iPhone, iPad, Android) UX strategy with focus on interaction design, functional architecture and brand vision for the LoveIt app (http://loveit.com/mobile). Responsible for app launch and App Store marketing expertise. On the desktop, focused on streamlining onboarding and registration, engagement tools and developing overall product direction. Lead the initiative for a product reimagining with a focus on cutting-edge interaction methods including horizontal scrolling mechanics, drag & drop curation, collaboration and touch-based navigation paradigms. Worked directly in live HTML prototypes, wireframes and visual design concepts in real time.
UberMedia makes applications that help you simplify, manage and amplify your social stream. Focus on mobile, tablet and browser-based UX, visual design and product development strategy for the Chime.In social platform, Rant.in, UberSocial and other stealth apps. Employed best practice UI strategies across products with a focus on MVP development, design simplification and user engagement. Executed deliverables for user conversion, content discovery and community tools while executing tests within the Lean Startup / Lean UX methodologies and Agile SCRUM development. Completed simultaneous architecture and visual design tasks for each product.
Work closely with product owners on UX strategy, engagement and brand reinvention for Citysearch.com, CityGrid Media and their respective mobile applications for iPhone, iPad and Android. Responsible for UX, GUI, interaction design architecture, wireframes, process flow documentation, usability plans and visual design for web and mobile applications (iOS, Android and Blackberry). Simplified and redesigned browser-based community tools, registration processes, business profiles and rebranding initiatives via use cases, business requirements, engagement and editorial. Managed other teammates in delivering related product design documents. Designed complete UX and visual presentation for Deals by Citysearch iOS and Android app in February 2011.
Developed product definition and direction for Event Publication system as part of the Ticketmaster 360 initiative. The new system is being developed to replace the preexisting system developed in 1976.
For the launch of the 2006 Lexus IS, Saatchi & Saatchi agency, Team One, linked emails, photo uploads, banners and a website to create a photomosaic at Times Square, New York. The website for the Lexus IS Photomosaic received 600,000 visitors and 70,000 photos were uploaded.
The new portal offers AFTRA's 80,000 members access to all of the union's resources -- from insurance information to industry news -- through the most cutting-edge technology. As AFTRA has grown, so too have the needs of its members. The enhanced portal is organized to deliver content directly aimed at the different types of users that will use AFTRA’s web presence to find a vast array of information. Utilizing the latest technologies, the site provides easy access by delivering a large amount of information in a concise format for areas such as: News, Health & Retirement, Supplemental Insurance, Credit Unions, AFTRA Foundation, Scholarships, Discounts and direct access to the quarterly AFTRA magazine and other publications.
Entertainment Tonight Online (http://www.etonline.com): Oversaw and managed teams in day-to-day production of Entertainment Tonight Online news magazine in content development, design and deadline production. Responsibilities include daily site management and content production, graphic design, Flash animation, writing, video production, photography and on-camera reporting. Star Trek Continuum (http://www.startrek.com): Developed web-based content for Databanks and Mission Log sections in extensive web site library.
